Market Research Survey
Ten questions on how people find, compare and buy: habits, influences, promotions, then a 1–10 rating to close.
View templateMeasure satisfaction, run market research, gather structured feedback at scale. As many questions as you need in one no-code flow, with every response stored on your own site.
Built for the WordPress ecosystem and the tools you already use
One question is rarely enough. A single SurveyX survey holds your whole line of questioning and walks people through it one clean screen at a time, however long it runs.
Build the flow by arranging questions in order in the visual editor. No code, no template to fight with.
Multiple choice, multi-select, dropdown, yes/no, text and single or multi image choice cover the basics. Seven types, all free. Six richer ones complete the set: star ratings, a 0–10 opinion scale for NPS, contact-info fields, date pickers, file upload, and a matrix that rates a list of statements on one scale.
Between them there is a question type for every kind of answer you need back.
No one likes answering questions that don't apply to them. Skip logic lets any answer jump a respondent to a later question, a result page or straight to the finish, so everyone gets a shorter, more relevant survey.
Set the rules in plain language: if they pick this, send them there. SurveyX handles the branching.
Answer recall pulls an earlier answer, even a name, into a later question. Instead of a generic “How satisfied are you?” respondents see “How satisfied are you with your recent order, Alex?” A small touch, and a long survey starts to feel like a conversation.
When someone steps away, save-and-resume remembers where they stopped and picks up from that exact question. There is a progress bar, and they can fix an earlier answer before submitting. Longer surveys still get finished.
