SurveyX Builder is a WordPress plugin for building surveys, quick votes, personality tests and knowledge quizzes. Everything you create — surveys, questions, responses — stays in your own WordPress database; there's no external account or third-party service involved unless you turn one on yourself.

The free plugin, available on WordPress.org, gives you 4 survey types, 7 question types, 6 built-in themes, and unlimited surveys with unlimited responses — with one limit: a survey can hold exactly one question. Pro removes that limit and adds 6 more question types, skip logic, custom themes, integrations like email and Webhooks, and response analytics.
