Build a multi-question survey

The Survey type is for anything with more than one question — feedback forms, intake forms, research surveys. Like Knowledge Quiz and Personality Test, it offers Skip Logic, so you can send a respondent to a different question based on what they picked; Quick Vote is the only type without it.

Set it up​

  1. Start a new survey and choose Survey as its type. The picker still offers it on free; its description tells you plainly that more than one question needs Pro.
  2. Add your first question. On free, an Add Question button is still there, badged Pro — click it and you land on the upgrade page instead of a second question.   3. On Pro, keep adding questions with Add Question, and reorder, clone or delete them as needed. See Add and manage questions.
  4. If you want a respondent's answer to send them straight to a specific later question or to the Closing screen, set it up in the Skip Logic section (Pro). See Send respondents to a different question with skip logic.
  5. Open the Closing section and write what respondents see once they finish. See Show a closing or result screen.

What respondents see​

  • Every question you've added, in order — or redirected mid-survey if a skip-logic rule fires.
  • Your Closing screen once they finish. Survey has no Results section, so there's no scored or classified outcome, only the plain screen you write.
